A.T. Group provides excellent customer service. A.T. Group has led us through many changes in health, life and disability insurance coverage for our employees. We’re a small city with a limited number of employees yet I feel like I am an important account to Al and everyone with A.T. Group. They are very good at providing information on added value products such as dental and vision insurance and find ways that it could work with a flex plan. These things make all our employees happy. From an administrative point of view we are especially pleased with the benefit administration system which relieves city staff from a lot of reporting duties and has a wonderful process for collecting and remitting retired employees’ insurance premiums separately from the payroll process.
